Made with (140×140×3), (100×60×2), (40×40×1.5), (30×20×1.5), (60×40×3) and (60×60×1.5) profiles. Anchor plates of 12 mm thick. Front stop post has housing for no-contact lock and mechanical lock fitting and is pre-drilled for fixing front photocell receiver. Rear post profiles are pre-drilled for fixing rear photocell receiver. Upper track of 3 mm thick profiles with double nylon roller for guidance. Lower cover in 2 mm thick sheet metal. Bottom rail in 1.5 mm thick profiles. Supplied fully prepared for motor drive installation. Compliance with the applicable CE mark regulations. Epoxy paint in different colours. Grooved wheels with bearings to bear a weight of up to 655 kg/wheel.
