InduSport multi-sport court: manufacturing, enclosure and a real project at the Morón military base
Choosing a multi-sport court for a school, sports club, local council or private facility is not just a matter of marking lines on the ground. The enclosure, the materials and the manufacturing determine whether the court lasts 3 years or 20. In this article we take a look at InduSport, our multi-sport court solution, and present a real case: the installation carried out at the Morón military base (Seville, Spain) together with Divertiplay.
What is InduSport?
InduSport is the multi-sport court manufactured by Indusmetal Torres, designed both for intensive sports use (five-a-side football, basketball, padel and other sports) and for demanding settings that require a particularly strong structure: schools, municipal facilities, sports complexes and also high-demand environments such as military or industrial sites. Unlike a standard multi-sport court assembled from generic profiles, InduSport is designed and manufactured entirely at our facilities, which allows us to control every stage: structure, enclosure, finishes and final assembly.
Enclosure and materials: what makes a well-built multi-sport court different
The enclosure is by far the element that most affects the durability of a multi-sport court. At InduSport we offer different configurations depending on how and where the court will be used, including:
• Reinforced metal structure, designed to withstand constant ball impacts without deforming or losing its alignment over time.
• Enclosure with glass end walls, an increasingly popular option because it combines strength with a more refined finish: it brings visibility and light into the space and looks better than a traditional mesh enclosure.
• Anti-corrosion treatments, especially important for outdoor installations or coastal areas.
• Different levels of perimeter enclosure, depending on whether the court is for school, public or restricted use.
This is the combination we use, for example, in the Carteya enclosure model, one of the InduSport configurations with a metal structure and glass end walls.
Real case: InduSport at the Morón military base
One of our most recent InduSport projects has been the installation of a multi-sport court with a Carteya enclosure and glass end walls at the Morón military base, a contract carried out together with Divertiplay, a company specialising in sports and leisure equipment.
Working in this kind of environment means meeting higher standards of quality, safety and strength than a conventional installation. The fact that InduSport has been installed in such a setting is direct proof of the product's structural strength: it is not a court designed only for a school playground, but a solution able to withstand demanding, sustained use over time.
Multi-sport court price and dimensions: what affects them
Before requesting a quote, people often look for a guide price or standard dimensions. For a multi-sport court, both depend on several variables:
What does the price of a multi-sport court depend on? The cost varies according to the total area, the type of enclosure (standard mesh, glass end walls, fence height), the chosen surface, the foundations required for the ground and whether lighting or a roof is included. That is why there is no single price: each project is quoted individually after assessing the space and its intended use.
What are the dimensions of a multi-sport court? The most common sizes range from around 20x10 m to 32x16 m, depending on whether the court is mainly intended for five-a-side football, basketball, padel or combined use. At InduSport we adapt the dimensions to the available space, so we also manufacture smaller formats for school playgrounds or more limited areas.
Why have your court manufactured by Indusmetal Torres?
In-house manufacturing: the structure and enclosure are produced entirely at our facilities, with the same quality control we apply to the rest of our metal production.
• Tailored to each project: dimensions, enclosure type and finishes are adapted to the space and the real use of the facility.
• Experience in demanding environments: from schools to military facilities, as the Morón project shows.
• Collaboration with specialist installers such as Divertiplay, to ensure correct installation from start to finish.
