TUPIFOR ENCLOSURE

The Tupifor mesh is manufactured with Ø3.8 mm horizontal rods and Ø5.8 mm vertical rods, forming a 12.7 x 76.2 mm horizontal opening. Indusmetal Torres offers a complete range of gates for the TUPIFOR enclosure, from single and double leaf folding gates to sliding and self-supporting gates. Gates manufactured with galvanised steel tubes and LOCINOX accessories.

Vertical dimensions (from the recess line): 1043 mm, 1526 mm, 2038 mm, 2520 mm and 3020 mm. Pavement anchoring: d-plate with 12.7 x 76.2 mm opening and anchoring or recessing.

The Tupifor mesh is characterised by being a highly rigid mesh manufactured with wires of different thicknesses in horizontal and vertical rods. Its 12.7 x 76.2 mm horizontal opening reduces the possibility of climbing without sacrificing the visibility that characterises this model of enclosure. The length of the standard panels is 2440 mm and vertically they are manufactured from 1043 mm to 2984 mm.

The TUPIFOR enclosure posts are manufactured from galvanised tube with variable sections from 60x60 mm to 100x60 mm depending on the height of the enclosure. They can be supplied to be recessed or with a plate to be screwed to the ground according to the customer's needs. All posts are supplied with a PVC cap.

• Post struts and fixing clamps: These are used to cover the ends and fix the mesh to the post. For mesh measuring 1003 and 1485 mm high, it consists of a single piece, while for higher heights it consists of a set of two pieces. There are three types, depending on how they are mounted: starting, centre or corner. They are placed vertically on the ends of the mesh, covering the ends of the horizontal rods.
   
• TUPIFOR stiffener: System composed of two sheet metal profiles that are joined together using stainless steel screws. These profiles allow to align and stiffen the enclosure. It can be placed on the upper or lower part of the panel at the customer's choice.
   
• Ground clamp: Made up of two pieces, it is used to fasten the mesh to the ground. It allows the mesh to be completely aligned with the enclosure. This piece can replace the stiffener at the bottom, placing two units per panel.
