Posts made of 1.2 mm thick Z-200 Sendzimir galvanised tube for Ø 45 mm, 48 mm and 1.5 mm thick for Ø 60 mm. Ø 7 mm recessed drill holes. The post caps are made of 1.2 mm thick galvanised steel strip.

Zinc, aluminium and magnesium alloy (Magnelis) is 5 to 10 times more corrosion resistant than galvanised steel with the same coating. The same manufacturing, painting and assembly process can be carried out. Chemical composition based on zinc, 3.5% aluminium and 3% magnesium.

Quality ZM 310 is used for our product range made of magnesium (ZM). Coating weight: 310 g/m2 (including both sides). Coating thickness 21 μm/per side.

The protective layer with aluminium and magnesium acts as a barrier against corrosion and prevents the underlying steel from coming into contact with the surrounding environment. The result is highly effective corrosion protection, even in the most aggressive environments. When exposed to the environment, the Zn - Al - Mg alloy forms a very dense zinc-based protective film. This unique dense layer is also formed on edges, drillings and scratches, so that if any red rust were to appear in these uncoated areas, it would gradually be covered by the film.

The intermediate post model PASP is manufactured with wire fastening clips instead of drills. The clips are spot-welded using 1.5 mm galvanised steel strip.

The starting bracket clamp is made of 25 x 2.5 mm galvanised steel strip. The A.C.E 48 x 30 mm and 48 x 22 mm tensioner clamp is made of 2 mm galvanised steel strip. The A.C.E. 48 x 1.5 mm bracket clamp is made of 1.5 mm galvanised steel strip. The 22 x 4 mm starting plates are made of hot-dip galvanised steel strip (G.I.) Z-300 on both sides and have rounded edges.

Assembled with 6 x 12 mm raised head rivets.

The post struts are manufactured from 1.2 or 1.5 mm thick Sendzimir Z-200 galvanised tube in Ø 35, 45 and 48 mm diameter. Ø 8.50 mm recessed drill holes for M8 screws. The starging plates are manufactured in 22 x 4 mm with Z-300 hot-dip galvanised steel strip with rounded edges. Oval drill holes Ø 8 mm or in 30 x 3 mm with Sendzimir DX51 Z-200 galvanised steel strip.
The starting, center and corner plates for Ø 45, 48 and 60 mm posts mounting are made from 25 x 2.5 mm Sendzimir Z-200 galvanised steel strip. For the reinforced models we use Sendzimir Z-200 38 X 2.5 mm galvanised steel strip. Wire tensioner made of DC-01 quality cold rolled strip. Once assembled, an electrolytic zinc plating process is applied to obtain full protection for the part.

Angle picks, post struts, IPN beam and simple T-shaped diagonal braces made of S275 JR+M steels.
Ø 7 mm drills.
The picks can be pointed or blunt picks. They can be manufactured with the same geometry as the mesh to be used with a minimum hole spacing of 11 mm upon request.

Profiles manufactured with Sendzimir Z-200 galvanised steel strip, 1.2 mm thick for Ø 48 mm and 1.5 mm thick for Ø 60 mm. The post is formed through a crimping process on the rack. Reinforced design with 4 longitudinal ribs adding strength and distinction.
