FOLDED MESH AND DOUBLE WIRE ENCLOSURE

Fences with rigid folded mesh panels are the most commonly used by professionals and individuals to enclose land, gardens or to secure a house. The folded mesh is made of galvanised steel wires. This folded panel enclosure combines aesthetics and solidity, as well as being easy to assemble. Indusmetal Torres offers different sizes and formats of panels or folded mesh. The different folded panel formats are detailed below.

Enclosure made of flat electro-welded mesh panels manufactured with double horizontal galvanised wire and a vertical wire. Two product ranges depending on the thickness of the wire. Panel D.H. 6/5/6 manufactured with 6 mm horizontal wire and 5 mm vertical wire. D.H. 8/6/8 panel with 8 mm horizontal wire and 6 mm vertical wire. All panels are manufactured in 2500 mm wide format and in variable heights, with a mesh opening of 200x55 mm between axes, and 30 mm defensive spikes.

Non-machined 60 x 40 x 1.5 mm post for fixing with self-drilling screw. Machined 60 x 60 x 1.5 mm post for fixing with metric screw. Manufactured with claw hook for recessing or with welded plate for screwing.

Noumaplex post 50 x 50 x 1.5 mm designed to facilitate fencing assembly. The fixing system is welded by resistance to the post in a diagonal arrangement. The Noumaplex wedge is inserted and then the fixing bracket is tapped into a groove so that the wedge is fixed and cannot be removed.

• Different types of bracket clamps for 40 or 60 mm posts.
• Base plate 60 x 60 or 60 x 40 mm. A 118 x 118 x 6 mm base plate with 2 mm folded sheet metal socket is also possible. The entire assembly is electro-zinc coated, where all welds and flanges are completely protected against corrosion.
• Bayonets for 60 x 60 and 60 x 40 mm posts. Bayonets for barbed wire installation are also an option. Single and double bayonet available. Manufactured with 4 mm sheet metal for the superior part and 2 mm for the part that is recessed in the inside of the post. The entire assembly is then electro-zinc coated, where all welds and flanges are completely protected against corrosion.

Gate made of two 50 x 50 x 1.5 mm upright posts welded on a folded mesh with 5 mm wires. 50 x 50 x 1.5 mm pillars for recessing or with 118 x 118 x 6 mm plate.

Gate made of galvanised tube, with vertical uprights for 40 x 40 x 1.5 mm, horizontal crossbeams for 40 x 30 x 1.5 mm and 200 x 50 x 5 mm electro-welded mesh. Pillars of 60 x 60 mm, 80 x 80 mm or 100 x 100 mm depending on dimensions, for recessing or with plate. LOCINOX lock, striker and hinges.

MP50 folding gates are manufactured with square galvanised tube pillars of specific dimensions and thickness according to the size of the gate. Leaf manufactured with 50 x 50 x 1.5 mm galvanised tube and folded mesh of 200 x 50 x 5 mm welded in the inside of the tube. Hinge system designed by IT that allows adjustment in all four directions and 180º opening.

The MP50 sliding gates are manufactured with a 50 x 50 x 1.5 mm galvanised tube frame for uprights and upper crossbeam, welded to a 100 x 50 x 2 mm base tube. Exclusive bearing system for better sliding. Unique lock developed by IT in stainless steel.

Gate manufactured with galvanised PDS 28 profiles and 300 x 50 x 5 mm flat electro-welded mesh. Pillars from 50 x 50 to 100 x 100 mm depending on the gate size. Wing hinge with 180º opening, lock and handle.

Profiled post with a cross-section of 80 x 60 mm and a 1 mm thick steel sheet. The steel quality used is DX51D + Z275, in accordance with UNE EN 10305-3, providing 275 g/m² of zinc coating. Breaking strength at one meter above the ground: 270 kg. Can be used with flat welded mesh, folded mesh, or double wire mesh.

Several types of accessories are also available for installation, tailored to customer needs: top plastic cap, inner bayonet, outer bayonet, double bayonet, and embedded anchor plate for concrete.

Profiled post with a cross-section of 80 x 60 mm and 1 mm thick steel sheet. Made of DX51D + Z275 grade steel according to UNE EN 10305-3, providing 275 g/m² of zinc coating on both sides. It offers a breaking resistance of 270 kg at one meter from the ground. Can be used with flat welded mesh panels, folded mesh, or double wire mesh.

Several types of accessories are also available for installation, tailored to the customer’s needs: top plastic cap, inner bayonet, outer or double bayonet, and an embedded base plate for concrete anchoring.
